Job Responsibilities: 

• Greet and assist clients with therapies and inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure supplies are adequately-stocked.
• Identify client goals and present state 
• Stay knowledgeable about latest techniques, promotions, and store policies.
• Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly.
• Report any issues, concerns, or inventory shortages to management.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and security  protocols. 
• Perform treatments to aid in body contouring, cellulite reduction, and lymphatic drainage.
• Assess clients’ body sculpting goals and customize treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the team to create an uplifting and results-driven environment.

Requirements: 

✅Must be at least 17 years old.

✅High school diploma or proven Woodtherapy experience.

✅Previous customer service experience is a plus.

✅Basic math and cash-handling skills.

✅Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and group settings.

✅Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✅Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs if needed.

✅Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

✅ Experience in wood therapy or body sculpting (certification preferred).

✅ Knowledge of lymphatic drainage, post-op care, and body contouring techniques.

✅ Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pressure techniques.

✅ Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping clients.

✅ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

✅ Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings and weekends if needed.

✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus!
